I know I been bad about logging. Heck I haven't been even logging in my CalorieKing PC program either. Lately I been ill as some of you may know and I haven't given a rats ass about what I eat. After how hard I have worked to get where I am, I cannot let a little pain and illness get me down. While I have a long way to go, I still have come along way.

Was out all day at a workshop:

breakfast:
1 cup tea with 9 g sugar and splash of 1% milk
2 slices WW toast with butter
100 g cherries

snack:
plantain chips
coffee

lunch:
vietnamese summer rolls
chinese green beans
blueberries

snack:
plantain chips
coffee

dinner:
sushi
1 rosemary lime martini

85 g Amy's Low Fat Black Bean Chili
15 g cheddar
1 flour tortilla
1/2 avocado
53 g broccoli
145 cherries

I found that I was craving less food because I was watching a good movie, too. Maybe I should get more movies!!!

I said it was going to be trouble, and it was:

lunch at the Thai restaurant:

1 blue curacao cocktail
1.5 fried spring rolls with hyper-sweet chili sauce
1 lunch portion of pad thai with shrimp

The only redeeming thing about this is that it was consumed over a two hour period of time and I didn't leave feeling stuffed. I'm going to be virtuous tonight, though. Even though it wasn't a ton of food, restaurants always hide extra grease/fat in their dishes.

Off to the gym.

Since I been sick lately and have issues even eating, this is going to be a bear trying to log this. Sometimes I got to eat what my tummy will take, not always healthy.

Breakfast:
8oz coffee
1Tbs creamer

Lunch:
18oz tomato soup (12oz can + 6oz water)
1oz club crackers
1 slice provolone cheese
(bad and icky) 2 handfuls of bbq pork rinds (I don't even like them, why would I eat them?)

Going to have lunch with friend today at a Thai restaurant. Must...keep...strong!

Breakfast:

100 g blueberries
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted, spread with 20 g PB and 5 g honey
1 cup tea with 9 g raw sugar and splash of 1% milk

45 g dry multigrain pasta with 113 g Rao's Italian Sausage and Mushroom sauce
108 g fresh mango

Feeling pretty good. I'm guessing that I might want tea later.

Lunch was vegan, by accident:

-veggie burrito (35 g flour tortilla, 60 g raw grated carrot, 62 g avocado, 75 g Amy's Low Fat Black Bean Chili)

124 g bing cherries

I'm weighing things when I'm at home because it keeps me more honest.
Brings out my inner mad scientist, too :-)

I don't know how active this site is, but I figure I'll try anyway. I just need some accountability, and logging my food in a personal book does not cut it. I've got 10 pounds to lose. I eat fairly well, but I need to step it up. I'll start logging here and see what happens. How is everyone else doing?

except yesterday I had a starbucks mocha frappucchino which was the only bad thing I've had :( but still..ill have to try harder....

yesterday again was a bad day! but the weird part is that today I am 2 pounds lighter...so I've lost only 4 pounds, but I have been eating so much, so I guess 4 pounds is not that bad.

Yesterday food:

Breakfast: a mango and a peach and a glass of milk

Lunch: a small portion of meat, some rice and beans, and 2 corn tortillas

Later when I went to the pool: hot cheetos and 3 diet cokes

it makes me sick :(
Im gonna go running right now...

I dont know why I keep having bad days... I need to stop eating.

breakfast: nectarine and a small glass of milk

lunch: a diet coke, a roasted chicken breast, 1 cup of beans, and 3 corn tortillas!! omg I've never had that many tortillas .

Of course, Im not eating anything else today, I feel so sick.

Today was a bad day :(

Breakfast: 1 bottle of water, one nectarine and a small glass of milk

Lunch: some pasta, lettuce, a cup of lentil soup, a cup of chilli with beans, half a bread stick, and 3 glasses of water...

Later : 2 and a half smirnoff (11.2 ounces each)

Dinner: one nectarine and a bottle of water....

OMG!! I ate so much :( so many caloriesss! ahhhh

This week at work has been really stressful and between that and my new medications making me sick my eating habits have been out of control. I've lost track of all the junk I've eaten for the past few days so for now, I'm just going to wait until Monday to get back on track and start the food journal again.

Here is what I ate yesterday....Ill post what I ate today later.

Breakfast: 2 bottles of water

Lunch: a very small portion of this meat called "picadillo" a cup of beans, and half a can of diet coke...

Dinner: 2 bottles of water, and a small glass of milk.

I've lost 2 pounds this past 3 days. . .
I need to start excersising.

hello, I am new to this community :)
My name is Jessica and I am 18 years old....
I am 5'11 and weight 164,so my BMI is about 22.9
I really need to loose weight, so I decided that a food diary will be a good way to keep track of what I eat.....

Well...Ill start with what I ate today....

Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: 1 cup of noodle soup, a very small portion of rice,
half a cup of green beans,a fist size of grilled chicken...
and 2 bottles of water...

I will not eat anyting else during the day...
If I get hungry I'll drink water or tea...

Since I was at my friends helping with a huge cleanup, I ate what I could.

Breakfast:
Sweet roll, apple slices and a iced mocha (McDonalds)

Lunch:
Fish sammie with cheese, large fries, diet coke (McDonalds)

Dinner:
Peperjack melt (Steak & Shake), diet pepsi

Various Snacks: Gummy bears, Sugar Free Rockstar Energy drink, 2 bottles of water, 1 can of Mt. Dew.

Gah no wonder I didnt lose anything this week. Oh well... a new week starts.
